The connective work.

I'm Victor Cuadros, a Principal Data Engineer at Microsoft. I set technical direction for data architecture in Copilot Studio, working across AI agents, enterprise analytics, distributed platforms, and cloud efficiency.

Much of that work happens between disciplines: connecting language models to enterprise data, turning operational signals into dependable metrics, or rethinking a platform so that it costs less to run without giving up reliability.

Before Microsoft, I developed distributed applications at Picdmo and founded Kyklos, a payments and data analytics startup. At Kyklos, I led financial software projects in Latin America, including high-transaction payment systems and banking switch migrations. The company was later acquired by a private buyer.

My earlier work took me through database engineering, enterprise applications, and telecommunications software in Ecuador. It is a background that keeps the practical questions close: what does this system need to do, who depends on it, and how will it behave when things get complicated?

I hold a bachelor of science in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad Espíritu Santo. My thesis compared traditional audit systems with a blockchain- and IPFS-based approach. Today, I'm based in Atlanta and work in both English and Spanish.
